Friday Prayer: Help Me Keep Going

Father, I'm exhausted from doing right when it doesn't seem to matter. I've been faithful - praying, serving, giving, loving - and seeing minimal results. Others get more return for less effort. I'm tempted to quit, to lower standards, to stop trying so hard. Why maintain costly obedience when harvest seems impossible?

Help me trust your timing. The harvest is coming - maybe not when I expect, but at the proper time. My job is sowing and watering, not controlling growth or forcing fruit. I can't make seeds grow faster by worrying harder. Growth happens invisibly, underground, on your timeline. Give me endurance to keep obeying without demanding to see when results will arrive.

When I'm tempted to quit, remind me: the only way to guarantee I won't see harvest is to give up before it arrives. Don't let me quit right before breakthrough. Keep me faithful when faithfulness feels futile. The proper time is coming. Help me trust you with the timing while I focus on obedience.
