Monday Prayer: Easter Monday

Jesus, yesterday was resurrection celebration - empty tomb, risen Lord, victory over death. Today is Monday - bills, work, ordinary life continuing as if Sunday's triumph didn't happen. I'm struggling to connect Easter's cosmic significance with Monday's mundane reality.

Thank you for the forty days you spent after resurrection proving you were alive, teaching your disciples, preparing them for mission. You didn't immediately ascend to heaven on Easter Sunday. You stayed, appeared repeatedly, demonstrated your physical resurrection, answered questions. You gave them time to process what happened.

Help me live in resurrection power during ordinary Monday moments. Teach me to access Easter's truth when circumstances don't feel victorious. You conquered death - help me face Monday's challenges in that reality. Resurrection doesn't exempt me from difficulty but empowers me within it. Walk with me through this Monday and every Monday. Easter happened. Now help me live like I believe it.
