Lord, I've believed that boundaries are selfish, that loving others means depleting myself, that saying "no" equals failing you. I've exhausted myself trying to meet every need, fulfill every expectation, be everything to everyone. I'm tired, resentful, and running on empty.
Give me permission to establish healthy boundaries - to say "no" without guilt, to protect my capacity without shame, to care for myself as well as I care for others. Help me discern what's mine to carry and what isn't, what I'm called to do and what I need to release to others. Teach me to serve from overflow rather than depletion, from fullness rather than empty obligation. You gave me this one life to steward well. Help me guard it wisely so I can give it generously.
