Father, I've been waiting for clear direction before moving forward, wanting certainty before committing, demanding signs before obeying. But you typically give me next steps, not complete maps. You guide as I move, not before. And my demand for more clarity might just be delay tactic avoiding obedience.

Forgive my paralysis disguised as piety. Help me make wise decisions with available information, seek counsel from trusted people, pray for guidance, and then move forward trusting you to redirect if needed. You're sovereign over my steps even when I'm uncertain about the path.

Give me wisdom to discern your will in specific situations. Renew my mind through your Word so I can test and approve what's good. Help me hold my plans loosely enough for you to redirect them. I'm making the best decision I can, trusting you're big enough to work through my imperfect choices. Guide my steps as I move forward in faith.
