Lord, I've been trying to balance everything when you're asking me to prioritize correctly. I've treated all demands as equally important, measuring success by whether I'm giving equal time to everything. But you're teaching me that some things matter infinitely more than others.

Forgive me for putting you in the balance alongside everything else, as if you're just one priority among many. You're not asking for your fair share of my time - you're asking to be the center around which everything else orbits. Help me seek first your kingdom, trusting that when I get that right, everything else finds its proper place.

Show me what I'm balancing that should be eliminated, what I'm maintaining that should be released, what I'm protecting that's actually preventing me from following you fully. I don't want Martha's worry about many things. I want Mary's focus on the one thing. Order my loves correctly, and let everything else flow from that.
