Tuesday Prayer: Wrestling with Doubt

Father, you are faithful even when my faith falters. You remain steady when my trust wavers, patient with my questions, present in my uncertainty. You're not afraid of my doubts - you're big enough to hold them all.
I've been struggling to believe today, feeling distant from you, wondering if my prayers bounce off the ceiling. I feel guilty for doubting, ashamed that my faith isn't stronger. But you meet me in my questions, don't you? Thank you for the disciples who doubted and still followed, for being present in my uncertainty, for letting me wrestle without letting me go. Thank you that faith isn't about never having questions - it's about bringing them to you.
Strengthen what faith remains, even if it's small as a mustard seed. Help me believe not because everything makes sense, but because you are trustworthy. When I can't see your hand, help me trust your heart. Tonight, I offer you my uncertainty, trusting that even shaky faith in a sure God is enough.
