Wednesday Prayer: Believing the Impossible

Father, you spoke impossibility to Mary and she believed. You promised what biology couldn't accomplish and she trusted. You announced what would cost her everything and she said yes. Give me faith like hers - trusting your promises more than visible circumstances.

I'm facing situations that feel impossible - prayers unanswered, needs unmet, promises unfulfilled. I want to believe, but circumstances say it's unrealistic. I want to trust, but experience suggests otherwise. I want to have faith, but fear keeps whispering it won't happen.

Remind me that nothing is impossible for you. No circumstance too difficult, no situation too hopeless, no prayer beyond your power. You're not limited by what I can see or understand. Your promises don't depend on favorable circumstances - they depend on your character. No word from you will ever fail. Help me believe that when everything else suggests otherwise. Increase my faith.
