Saturday Prayer: The Weight of Decisions

God, you are wisdom itself, the one who knows all things and sees every ending from every beginning. You guide those who ask, direct those who seek, and never leave us to figure life out alone. In your wisdom, I find clarity for the choices ahead.

I've been paralyzed by a decision that feels too big, too permanent, too important to get wrong. I've been overthinking until my thoughts are tangled, asking everyone's opinion except yours, afraid that one wrong choice will derail everything. I've forgotten that you're sovereign over my mistakes and powerful enough to work through my imperfect choices. Thank you for the decisions that seemed scary but led to blessing, for the times you've redirected my wrong turns into right paths, for your grace that covers even my poor judgment.

Give me wisdom for the choice before me. Help me seek your will more than my own comfort, your glory more than my convenience. When I can't see clearly, help me take the next faithful step and trust you with the rest. Tonight, I place this decision in your capable hands, believing you'll guide me as I seek you. Your plans for me are good, even when I can't see them clearly.
