Saturday Prayer: Four Days to Complete

Father, four days remain in September. The month is nearly complete, October looms ahead, and the temptation is checking out mentally before the month actually ends. I'm already thinking about next month while failing to finish this one. Stop me from wasting these last days.

Help me recognize that stopping before completion wastes everything invested up to this point. The wall Nehemiah built was almost finished - almost isn't finished. Partial completion equals total failure for what requires finishing. I made commitments to you, started disciplines for growth, intended to maintain practices. These deserve completion.

Show me what September taught - about your faithfulness, my weaknesses, where I need growth, what matters. Don't let me just survive the month without absorbing its lessons. Four days isn't much time. But it's enough to finish faithfully, honor commitments, learn what you've been teaching. Help me be present. Help me complete.
